Crawford Merz completed a 4 phase restoration project which spanned 4 years.  Phase I was to install a new state of the art heating and cooling system throughout the campus.  This included new boilers, a new chiller, and a new roof mounted cooling tower.  Phase II was the exterior restoration involving tuckpointing the stone, new slate and EPDM roofing, and new windows in the Parish House.  In Phase III Crawford Merz remodeling the undercroft and Phase IV was site improvements and landscaping.
