As a Superintendent at Crawford Merz’s working in the ground-up division, Tom has a keen sense of process and timing for projects exposed to the harsh Minnesota elements. For over 20-years, Tom has led outdoor services crews, carpenters, and laborers. His favorite part of working in the industry is developing relationships with trades, team members, and clients and seeing his projects come to life!
