A Tip From The Pros You Can Use At Home
Many of us are familiar with the frustration of working with a stripped screw! This can be especially tricky when it comes time to unscrew it. Next time you find yourself in this situation, all you’ll need is a rubber band to follow this simple hack! As shown in the images above, by placing the rubber band between the screwdriver and the stripped screw and applying pressure while you turn, the rubber band will grip the screw head and allow you to extract it.
MIMC is now open in Wayzata!
After relocating from Northeast, the Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center (MIMC) will begin operating out of their new Wayzata location this week! The wellness clinic, whose team of providers are trained in integrative and functional medicine, utilizes nutrition, herbs, lifestyle changes, and cutting-edge testing to support individual health journeys.
We are so excited to share this newly completed buildout, designed by Studio BV, which features 3,549 square feet and an IV therapy area with custom light fixtures. Be sure to stay tuned for new pictures of the completed project on our website and social media this month!

IREM members are collecting career clothing in buildings throughout the Twin Cities area on April 1-5 for Ready for Success and Sabathani Community Center. The items needed are new or very gently used, clean, professional clothes (current fashion only; no outdated or worn clothing).
One of the collection sites will be right here at the City Center, where our office is located. There are several other participating locations that can be seen at the link below!
