Superhuman is a creative agency helping brands become more human. Their goals for their new space were to promote community, create an inviting environment, and keep collaboration at the forefront with meeting spaces and lounge areas. Superhuman's new office location was last renovated in the early 90s, and demolition teams uncovered historical brick, timber finishes, and beautiful wood flooring, which the architect incorporated into the overall design. In addition, the Crawford Merz project management team assisted with the extensive restoration process to remove harmful materials without damaging the original historical finishes. Superhumans' focus on company culture, paired with a beautiful architectural plan, made this project a breeze for the project team to complete.
