Last week we celebrated the groundbreaking of Jayhawk Mechanical’s new building addition in Minneapolis. The family-owned business will be able to expand their operations and provide their employees with a better work environment. This project is being led by Sr. Project Manager Scott Thompson and Derek Anderson. Crawford Merz’s design-build services allowed the PMs to order materials early and fast-track the project.
To celebrate the new industrial building that will be connected to Jayhawk’s existing building, Crawford Merz held a groundbreaking ceremony. In attendance was the project team, Jayhawk employees and families, and the Minneapolis Chamber.
The 4,000 square foot building will be more environmentally friendly and increase productivity as it consolidates operations into one building. You can read more about this exciting project in the Finance and Commerce article.
